Why hasn't my packaged ship yet?
There are 3 main reasons why your package is still waiting to be shipped (especially if you've selected USPS shipping)
1. We are short on stock and/or raw materials and need to produce your designs from scratch. All custom kits will need up to 7 days' processing time.
2. USPS is under a lot of stress at the moment are unable to keep up with demand.
3. USPS is prioritizing the delivery of face masks and our goods are continuously forced further behind queues.
My tracking hasn't updated in a long time.
Right now this is a particularly common issue for goods that ship internationally. Efficiency across all postal services everywhere has slowed down, and tighter regulations mean long product queues at customs. We've recently found more reliable courier services that should make this much less of a problem and wait times have reduced from 4-6 weeks to about 1-2 weeks.
My order's shipped but I can't see any tracking info.
