Why don't you offer smaller sizes?
From our experience, sizes smaller than (8x10") or (20x25cm) are not suitable to be made into customs. Real photos are simply too detailed to be captured by such a small canvas image. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and avoid disappointment.
Will you deliver to my country?
Heartful Diamonds is proud to ship to most countries around the globe with few exceptions.
Shipping costs a flat $7.95 to most destinations. We will cover the costs of shipping if your order is over $75.

Color substitution
Color substitution may result in your custom diamond art not precisely matching your digital image. Digital pictures have millions of colors, while diamond paintings have only a standard of 447 ("DMC") colors.
Our design software substitutes the closest matching colors for certain shades. The issue diminishes with larger sizes as they provide more area to work with.
