Shipping Rates

Shipping for standard diamond painting kits start from $4.95 to the USA and $6.95 to most other countries worldwide.

All standard shipping is FREE for orders over USD $75 (updated Jan 28, 2023).

Standard kits including customs are shipped from China and usually delivered in 12 to 20 days (not including processing time).

For destinations where postal services are heavily affected by severe weather, delays of 1-2 weeks may be expected.

Any postal delays once product is shipped are outside our control.

We cannot deliver to some countries and states, including HI, AK.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases at this time (No APO and FPO addresses).
Once the tracking on your shipment shows "DELIVERED", unfortunately we can no longer reimburse you for lost shipments.
